Class Actions & Group Claims

Standing together for justice. Carter Capner Law represents groups of Australians who have suffered comparable losses, ensuring your voice is heard and your rights are protected.

What is a Class Action?

Class actions are court proceedings launched on behalf of a group of at least seven persons who have incurred injury or losses under comparable circumstances, where there are common questions of fact or law to be decided by a court. Any person may commence a representative action where there are common questions without needing other group members' consent—efficiently dealing with disputes to decrease the time, expense, and risk associated with litigation.
